Copy of an indenture between Henry Lloyd and Rebecca, his wife, Queen's Village, Lloyd Neck, and David Jones, Fort Neck, conveying to Jones one third of two thirds of one fifth of Massapequa Meadows in exchange for 67 pounds New York money; witnessed by the brothers Michael and John Waring of Oyster Bay; Henry Lloyd's and John Waring's attestation accepted by Timothy Bagley, Justice of the Peace for Queens County.
