James Lloyd's accounts for his tenants Edward Higby and Edward Brush, chiefly charges for livestock and supplies; Higby's account includes a charge for rental of Rose, an enslaved woman; with a notes by Henry Lloyd that Higby's balance and most of Brush's balance were unpaid and not recovered by the executors of his father's estate.
