Copy of a deed from Richard Russell and Joanna Davison, both of Charlestown, to John Richbell, Mamaroneck, giving up all claim deriving from the estate of Samuel Andrews to Lloyd Neck and other land in Oyster Bay; Richbell requested this quitclaim to facilitate the sale of Lloyd Neck to Nathaniel Sylvester, Thomas Hart, and Latimer Sampson; recorded in New York, April 16, 1667 by Matthias Nicolls, secretary. Followed by a copy of an order issued November 1, 1667 by Governor Richard Nicolls and the Court of Assizes, authorizing John Richbell, Mamaroneck, to act as administrator in New York for the estate of Samuel Andrews; signed by Matthias Nicolls, Secretary.
