Strong, New York, thanking him for his letter, informing him that the Court of Errors will be hearing cases until October 13 during which time some of Emmet's cases will come up, but that he has decided to give them up and return to New York to focus on his practice there, and asking Strong to tell Emmet's son that he is returning and to contact another attorney, William Mulock, who had written Emmet regarding a case.
