To all to whom these presents shall come or may concern, Greeting: Whereas [blank] hath prayed by licence to trade with the nations or tribes of Indians with whom his Majesty is connected, and who live under his protection; and hath given security to observe such regulations as his Majesty shall at any time think fit, by himself or by commissaries to be appointed for that purpose, to direct and appoint, for the benefit of the trade with the said Indians; ...
