The Local Council of Defense in each community, and also each of the Local Registration Boards will be fully advised concernmg the ar- rangements made for furnishing legal aid. Therefore, those desiring legal aid should apply to any of the Legal Committees hereinafter named or to any member thereof or to the Local Council of Defense in his community or to the Local Registration Board therein, or to the Local Chapter of the American Red Cross. By so doing, the required legal aid will be at once obtained or information received as to where it can be ‘promptly had. ol s b ocss
